*How do I download a YouTube video

  • Go to the address bar and add "ss" right before youtube
           for example https://www.ssyoutube.com/abc1234xyz+video
  • You will be redirected to another website called savefrom.net  - wait for the video to convert, and then a download button will appear.
  • Click download in the desired format.
  • Click HERE to watch a video tutorial for more information

*How do I find my employee ID?

1.  Go to your gmail. In the top right corner, click on the drop down menu by your email address.

2.  Click on the blue box that says "My Account"

3.  Under "Personal info & Privacy" click on the blue "your personal info"

4.  By "Email" you will see 2 email addresses.  The second one has a number in place of your name or initials.  That number is your Employee #.

*How to print SAGE testing password cards
You go to sage portal, then click “Test Administrator” and then “TIDE”
Select your role and then submit

On the left side, choose “Rosters” and then “View/Edit/Export Roster” and search
On the right side, click the drop down by “roster type” and check “Select all” and then “search”

Check the classes to print, and then click the “printer button” that is just above the list.
Select "Test Tickets”

(Choosing the classes is also a tricky part because it is a huge code - the last letter before the : is the initial of the teacher’s last name.  Not exactly how the codes will look for the specialty teachers.)

The preview window that opens up looks blank.  I usually just use the default selection “5x2”

When you click Print, it will merge the file and create a pdf download.  You can then open the pdf and print it.
